HOW TO RECLAIM
If you have received a wrong or damaged article from us, you can make a complaint. But please contact us previously - quite often small problems or missunderstandings can be solved in advance.In reason our articles are only for resellers, following reasons are not acceptable for a complaint:
- afterwards, you don´t like this article anymore
- little difference in the size
If the complaint was arranged with us, please send the article back with the included note of return. The postage has to be prepaid by you first, otherwise the complaint won´t be accepted by us. Of course the postage will be refunded by us.
